Mr. S. H. Ayubi is a distinguished banking professional with nearly 35 years of exemplary service at the Central Bank of India, where he held several leadership positions across Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, and Odisha.

During his tenure as Deputy General Manager – Marketing & Business Support, he successfully led the Bank's Public Relations (PR) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives for nearly 12 years. Under his leadership, Central Bank of India supported and implemented numerous high-impact CSR projects benefiting school children, institutions for persons with disabilities, old-age homes, and several community development initiatives. He also played a pivotal role in promoting the Bank's flagship Cent Sanskriti Scheme, aimed at preserving and promoting India's rich cultural heritage.

Mr. Ayubi has closely associated with the work of Umang Foundation since 2010. Over the years, he has actively participated as a corporate volunteer in the Foundation's flagship Promote Education Initiative, contributing significantly to its success. His continued encouragement and support helped Umang Foundation achieve the remarkable distinction of entering the Limca Book of Records five times for organizing one of the world's largest stationery distribution drives for underprivileged school children.

Throughout his distinguished banking career, Mr. Ayubi remained deeply committed to social development and community welfare. Whether serving as a Branch Manager or in senior leadership roles, he consistently championed CSR initiatives that created meaningful and sustainable social impact across the regions he served.

In addition to his CSR leadership, Mr. Ayubi headed the Central Bank of India Sports Department. Under his stewardship, the Bank's Football Team earned promotion from the A Division to the Elite Division of the Mumbai Football Association, while the Hockey, Cricket, and Kabaddi teams also achieved notable success in Mumbai and Maharashtra-level competitions.

Mr. Ayubi is widely respected for his visionary leadership, unwavering integrity, and deep commitment to ethical banking, corporate social responsibility, employee engagement, and sports promotion.
